Qualia Mind Review: Does this brain supplement work?.Neuriva Review: 1 BIG REASON Not To Buy, Side Effects & More.NooCube Review: Benefits, Side Effects & Effects for ADHD?.Nooceptin Review: The BEST Nootropic In The World?.Vyvamind Review: Is it the best Adderall alternative?.They don't knock me out cold or make me feel groggy, but I think they're a good option for when you just need a little help catching a sounder sleep. I enjoyed these! I don't think I necessarily need them every night like how I was taking them, but good to have on those nights when you want to get a really good night's rest. I would take them and could easily fight my body into staying up, but the nights I take these I wake up way less in the middle of the night than when I don't. When I was taking these, I found that they didn't necessarily put me to sleep, but worked much better at helping me get a more restful night's sleep. I wanted something that would basically me knock me out, and then I could wake up feeling brand new. I (like many others) tend to think of everything stressful right at the moment I'm about to go to bed, and I also have a tendency to wake up a few times in the middle of night for no real reason. My experience: Initially when I bought this, I was looking for something that would put me to sleep. Other ingredients: glucose syrup, beet sugar, water, gelatin, citric acid, natural flavors, pectin, coloring, vegetable oil, carnauba wax Melatonin: a naturally occuring horomone that helps promote sleep and is meant to reset the body's internal clockīotanicals ( a blend of chamomile, passionflower & lemon balm): herbs used to help soothe and relax Restful Sleep - For a Healthy Sleep Cycle I don't think I'd repurchase again because I've tried other things that work better, but maybe these work better for less stressed people! In short: works ok if you're dealing with really low/mild stress or anxiety. I did feel like I had more of a calm head about me, although I could still feel the subtle tightness in my chest that comes with my anxiety (which I'm sure would take something stronger than a couple gummies to fight off). I do think the Moondeli Calming Adaptogen worked better for me, but perhaps I simply react better to ashwagandha. Sometimes I would take these in the morning to start my day off calm, or occasionally wait until my afternoon wave of anxiousness started to rise, but I felt like they worked pretty ok to help ease some of the tension. Sometimes when I'm working I start thinking about all the other things I need to get to, which can sometimes be paralyzing and turn me into an unproductive lump. I was previously taking the Moondeli Calming Adaptogen as a part of my afternooon routine (you can read about it here), but wanted to try something different before repurchasing. My experience: During my workday, I have a tendency to get myself into not necessarily stress, but more of a snowball of anxiety that can easily derail my work and be super distracting. Other ingredients: glucose syrup, beet sugar, water, gelatin, citric acid, natural flavors, coloring, pectin, vegetable oil, carnauba wax Lemon Balm: a calming herb to help soothe stress and anxiety L-Theanine: an amino acid (often found in green tea) used to promote relaxation while boosting concentration Gaba: an amino acid that helps to improve the mood and claims to work quickly (30-60 min). When I posted them on my Instagram I got a ton of questions about what I thought about them, and now that I'm at the bottom of both bottles I wanted to share my thoughts! I'm not a pro when it comes to taking supplements or knowing the ins and outs, but I can share how I felt while I was taking them, and whether or not I'd repurchase! I've always passed Olly Nutrition bottles in the Target aisles, and decided to try these two on a whim because being able to cope with stress and get a better night's sleep are both things I could do a better job of.
